We opted for the breakfast during our stay, and it turned out to be an excellent choice. Every morning was a delightful experience, enjoying the exclusive spread at the Garage restaurant with beautiful views of the F1 track right outside the windows. The breakfast staff were exceptionally courteous, offering personalized attention to guests of all ages, always accompanied by their warm smiles. Our rooms were kept spotless and perfectly made up each day by Anas and Indeeka, whose attention to detail and care made us feel truly at home. Their effort in maintaining such a high standard of cleanliness and comfort was deeply appreciated.

Generally met the usual high standards expected of a stay at the hotel. Facilities, cleanliness, quality of food - all exceptionally high and to be applauded. Somewhat disappointed with the inconvenience of key cards randomly not working and having to go back to the Lobby and waiting for it to be sorted, nor with the rudeness of some other guests (which whilst not entirely the hotel's fault, when Security and staff are stood watching other guests jumping queues or male guests standing uncomfortably close to female guests whilst they are sat down, they should intervene).

Everything is amazing since we got here. The staff especially is so cheerful and helpful. We got upgraded and the receptionist Titiana was so sweet and arranged our stay for us. My daughters surprise birthday cake was waiting for us when we got back to our room, she was so happy. The breakfast especially was amazing. So many options were available. You ordered your eggs from your table, u dont have to stand in a long line! We got welcome drinks, made especially for my family with a personalized greeting card. BABA was our waiter. He was so helpful and kind. Took family pics without even asking him. I would come back to Yas Island just to stay in W Abu Dhabi hotel.

This is our third time in this hotel, this is very conveniently located in the center of Yas Island, has amazing view on the race track. The rooms are spacious too. I like Davines cosmetics too.

The room was spacious and impeccably clean, offering a fantastic view directly overlooking the race track. The car parking valets were exceptionally friendly and ensured prompt delivery of our vehicle. The rooftop pool was lovely and opened at 8 AM, though the bar didn't open until 10 AM, so be sure to bring some water with you if you plan to swim early.

Stayed for four days at this hotel, in an ideal place for the parks we were visiting and the malls. Staff were very receptive & helpful on reception and the hotel itself is very clean. Rooms are large & beautiful with great showers & toilets and enough room for clothes storage. We took the breakfast package which there was enough food to last all day. The fantastic pool is divided on the roof into an adult & child’s pool of which both are lovely but on the flight path so can be very noisy. I hired a car & on arrival there is valet parking, downside for us was the damage to the car whilst it was parked which I had to pay the hire company for the damage ☹️
